1. Objective

1.2 - Anyone who enlists the services of ollogos accepts these terms and conditions
1.3 - These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.

2. Quote

2.1 - A quote will be provided for al translation jobs.
2.2 - The deadlines indicated in the quote are for information purposes only. The customer may not under any circumstance make claims following delayed delivery of translations performed by ollogos.
2.3 - Any changes made to the documents submitted for a quote may lead to a change in the rate.
2.4 - By accepting an ollogos quote you agree to these terms and conditions

3. Modifications

3.1 - ollogos must be notified, in writing via email, of any modifications or requests for additional services made following acceptance of the quote

3.2 - ollogos reserves the right to refuse modifications or requests for additional services.

3.3 - If necessary, costs incurred by any modifications or requests for additional services will be added to the initial quote.

4. Disputes

4.1 - ollogos may not be held responsible for inaccurate information or errors contained within the original document provided by the customer.

4.2 - Any disputes based on style are inadmissible.

4.2 - All disputes must be submitted in writing and supported with the original document and the translation.

4.4 - ollogos reserves the right to reject any disputes.

4.5 - In no circumstances does a dispute justify the non-payment of an ollogos invoice.

5. Responsibility

5.1 - ollogos has a duty to use reasonable endeavours, however, it may not be held responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the Internet service, such as loss of data, intrusion, viruses, service disruption or any other unintentional issues.

2.5 - оllogos may not be held liable for any damages or inconveniences of any sort resulting from the use of a translation provided by ollogos.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 - ollogos agrees not to share customer information, other than with external service providers in order to carry out the service.

6.2 - ollogos may not be held responsible should external service providers fail to comply with rules of confidentiality.

7. Website

7.1 - All information provided on the websites ollogos.com, ollogos.ch, ollogos.net and ollogos.org are for information purposes only and are subject to change at any time.

7.2 - ollogos may not be held responsible should one of their websites become unavailable, whatever the reason may be.
